I have opened many offices across the country throughout my career and when I opened my own business I contacted Michelle. I was absolutely amazed at her professionalism and how hard she worked, learned the aspects of my business to find me the perfect location at the right price. When she found my location she also did very heavy negotiating to where I had ZERO build out costs and my only expense was a carpet upgrade! She even negotiated perfect signage for me. Today, if anybody (especially from my Asian and Chinese community) asked me how to find a right space for his/her new business in south Florida? Is there any better way to negotiate with the landlord for getting the best deal possible? I would tell him/her: go to a commercial advisor, particularly to get help from Michele Noonan. But, to be honest, I know nothing about commercial real estate advisor until I found Michele through internet and received her greatest and most professional help a few weeks ago. As a Chinese-American, although have stayed in this country over 25 years, I have very limited ideas about commercial real estate industry and knew nothing about the Commercial Advisor who is willing and able to help you to find a commercial property and representing you to deal with the landlord or his/her agent, the role is particularly important for people who has cultural and language barrier but want to do business in south Florida. I t gives me a great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation regarding Mrs. Michele Noonan . Mrs. Noonan has been a Realtor for the past 22 years. I asked her to help me to find an apartment in south Florida. She worked hard for that reason, and got me much more than I expected; a new community, just one year old. The architectural structure is equal to a 5 stars hotel. Because I moved from 3 bedroom apartment to one bedroom, she thought I should also need a garage. That was a smart thought. The place is less than one mile from the free highway. She negotiated the lease in a very skillful and decent way. Mrs. Noonan had called me several times during the moving process to be sure that the moving process was going in the right direction. Further, after I move she still called me to be sure that no misshapes had taken place for any reason and I am comfortable with the new place. Now Mrs. Noonan is working to find me a medical office space. I trust that she will be successful in that Endeavour as she was in the previous one.
