Michele Noonan is a 30 year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over South Florida in hundreds of real estate transactions. With a solid foundation in the community, her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients are a top priority.
Michele received a BS in Finance from the University of Houston and afterward began working in the real estate industry. She obtained her first real estate license in Texas in 1996. She grew up in a family owned brokerage firm in Houston, Texas which helped her realize Real Estate was the right career path. Her exposure to real estate at a young age created a passion for residential real estate. It is truly a profession that she enjoys. Michele finds it exciting to help clients find their dream home or sell their home to move onto another chapter in their life. Being part of that experience is very satisfying. Her goal is to leverage know-how and experience to exceed a client's expectations.
Giving back to the community is an important part of her life by helping others when they need it the most. As a breast cancer survivor, she knows what it is like to have people who will go out of their way to be helpful and caring at a difficult time. Her desire has always been to pay it forward by being part of various organizations, such as Gift Bags for Chemotherapy Patients, Meals On Wheels, & Hope Outreach, to name a few.
She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, boating, & going to the beach. Watching her son's Lacrosse games is what makes her happy. In between family time and work, she oversees and manages her family real estate portfolio.
